On December 9, 2018, the expert group of the National Expert Committee for the Construction of a Powerful Country and the Director of the Manufacturing Research Office of the Strategic Consulting Center of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Qu Xianming, served as the team leader, and braved the cold to come to the new research and investigation of the special ceramic industry "shared manufacturing".

Liu Jinbiao, member of the Standing Committee of Xinhua County Committee, deputy head of the county, Ma Jinfu and Wu Liming, deputy magistrates, Wang Yulong, director of the Technical Reform Office of Loudi City Economic and Information Technology Commission, Chen Hongxiang, head of the Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, and Yuan Mingfeng, director of the County Economic Development Zone Management Committee Party Secretary of the County Economic and Information Bureau, Director Peng Dunqiang, Chairman of the County Special Ceramics New Materials Association Fang Yingjie and relevant company leaders accompanied the research or participated in the briefing.

A group of 4 experts went deep into the new special ceramics industrial park, and inspected Fuxin Electronic Ceramics Co., Ltd., Hunan Meicheng Ceramics Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Gomemei Yinghong Resources Co., Ltd., Xinhua County Haina Ceramics Co., Ltd. The production process and technology exhibition hall of Xinhua County Changjiang Electronics Co., Ltd. have a detailed understanding of the company's development status and environmental protection measures.

"Shared Manufacturing" is an advanced and typical organizational form of the new mode of manufacturing. It is the key to alleviating overcapacity and environmental protection pressure. It has important strategic significance for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and sustainable development.

After careful investigation, the expert group fully affirmed the significant progress made by Xinhua Special Ceramics Industry in the “shared manufacturing” in the past two years, and put forward suggestions and directions for future improvement. It is hoped that the personnel of the new special ceramics industry will continue to explore advanced management mechanisms, foster new kinetic energy for the development of new industrial economy, accelerate the innovation and development of the theory of “shared manufacturing”, technology, platforms, applications, and industries, and continue to improve and make unremitting efforts. We will help the real economy to become bigger and stronger, and truly transform the new special ceramics industrial park into a national “shared manufacturing” industrial base.
